First-person shooter. Half Life 2 Episode One is the first episode in a new trilogy of Half-Life 2 games. Most of players come to the conclusion that the new version is even better than its predecessors. The new version gives answers to the previous game. Here the game is also build on the mixture of combat and puzzle-solving, but the puzzles and combats become even more challenging and complex here. The main heroes stay the same, Gordon Freeman and Alyx Vance. You get into the shoes of Gordon Freeman, Alyx battles alongside you throughout the gameplay. In some battles you won't be successful without a companion by your side; you should rely on teamwork to survive. The game features lots of humor with some sharp and witty dialogues. The arsenal of weapons remains unchanged since Half Life 2. Your task is to fight against creatures, which were blocked from entering the city in a previous game.
