Strategy. The game takes place in 363 A.D. when the Roman Empire is beset by enemies. The new threat comes from the Persian Empire. The Roman Empire is split into two parts ruled from Rome (the Western Empire) and Constantinople (Eastern Empire). The expansion pack provides you with lots of challenges as never before! Your task is to defend your empire from invading barbarians. Be ready to take part in a number of missions, fulfilling varied tasks, using new weaponry types, factions, maps, battle conditions and lots of other items. There are ten new playable factions; each is characterized by its unique strategic options and exclusive units for the armies. You will be impressed by the quantity of upgraded features in the game. The functionality of the units has also increased. You will get the whole new game with this expansion.
