Be ready to explore an entirely new continent filled with a great quantity of dangerous tasks. The game takes place on the continent of Cantha where you join an epic quest to defeat an ancient evil and save an empire. In a struggle to take new territory under the control opposing factions destroy everything on their way. Factions can be played either as part of the regular Guild Wars or as its own separate game. You will face new elite missions which give you an access to areas of the cooperative challenge. But not all the players are allowed to reach this access, only the most skillful ones. The gameplay becomes even more interesting due to the new professions, Factions' Assassin and Ritualist. Assassins specialize in wielding a dagger weapon and attacking swiftly, Ritualists summon the spirit creatures during the battles. The new professions add a great variety to the overall play. Besides the new characters you will deal with the character classes, from the previous games. As you can see the game suggests rather complex characters and interactions together with a very challenging and exciting storyline and varied missions to fulfill.
