Adventure game. Meet again the favorite heroes of the previous games, George Stobbart and Nico Collard and join them in new worldwide quest to save our planet. The game begins at the point when George travelers to the Congo to see a machine that provides limitless energy, created by famous scientist. When arrived, George found the scientist dying with only a postcard, left as a clue and he decided to investigate the case. Tons of puzzles are waiting for you they can be divided into two types: block puzzles and environment. Block puzzles, you may dislike, since they serve to make the game longer and even if you know what to do you need quite time to move the blocks in order to move ahead. The environmental puzzles make you climb, jump and slide around the game world. You have to look for ledges and windows and this is where you may get stuck. Sneaking around guards is also interesting touch; you face it in the Prague level. You need to avoid the guards by walking slowly, climbing around them, and generally being sneaky.
Style and atmosphere inside the game:
Broken Sword III is the amusing adventure game that brings you hours of enjoyment. You surely like the action elements. They add an element of excitement to the plot and help me really feel a part of the action. The original voice actors returned to provide the voices of George and Nico, which is good it brought some nostalgia to the game. Players used to the voices and I am not sure they could accept different voices for them. All in all, this is very much a Broken Sword story, which will serve to please most fans and help overcome any of the flaws.
