Adventure game. Prince of Persia is an engaging game with a solid storyline, set in ancient Persian mythology. The game starts when the Prince finds himself caught in a battle between the forces of light and darkness. Ormazd is the God of Light, and his brother Ahriman is the God of Darkness. The Prince falls in love with Elika, and they witness Ahriman release from his prison inside the Tree of Life. Thus, the corruption is released across the four areas of the world. Your task is to heal the infected lands to stop the corruption. Elika is a constant guide for you throughout the gameplay. Elika is simple in the respect of control. Be ready to take part in varied battles, using your sword and your gauntlet. You will also fight against bosses, which is a more difficult task. Each area you visit has its own boss. Overall, there is a deep storyline and exciting gameplay with numerous tasks to fulfill in Prince of Persia.
Style and atmosphere inside the game:
Prince of Persia features nicely rendered graphics. I cannot say that the graphics is superb, though everything seems to look well. The players will visit varied locations; each of them has its own story and boss to fight against of. The characters are represented in a detailed way. There are numerous types of enemies you should fight against of. The sound system is atmospheric, and suits the overall action perfectly. All in all, you will enjoy playing the game much.
