   Action puzzle/ break-out. A beautiful green forest, named Phantasia was inhabited by jolly lovely dwarves formerly, but the evil wizard had captured all the pigmies and imprisoned them in magic bubbles in the distant tower. Only you can rescue the poor creatures and break magic spells. Phantasia 2 invites you to try three game modes: Arcamania, Classic and Bubble. Arcamania Mode resembles break-out; here your task is to destroy approaching bubbles. Some bubbles contain imprisoned dwarves; you should destroy the bubbles with the dwarves to release them. A level is complete when you release the required number of the dwarves. When you break bubbles, coins, gems and power-ups are falling down, catch them to gain special power and get extra points. Don't let the bubbles reach the bottom of the screen otherwise you have to restart a level. Playing Classic Mode you aim and launch multicolored bubbles to make match of three or more balls of the same color, thus blowing them up. You should destroy the bubbles with the dwarves to release them. A level is complete when you release the required number of the dwarves. When you make matches, coins, gems and power-ups are falling down, catch them to gain special power and get extra points. Bubble Mode has the same concept with Classic, but here instead of moving bat you have fixed cannon in the center.

   Phantasia 2 is a fast-paced game that combines two genres; break-out and action puzzle. features colorful solid graphics, diverse sound effects and appropriate instrumental music. Unfortunately the designers didn't work properly over storyline, though it begins with an introduction that brings some additional originality to the game. All-in-all, Phantasia 2 is much better than previous game since the designers have added new game modes, levels and bonuses. If you want to save money and buy a break-out and action puzzle in one package, try this one.
