Arcade. Armado invites players to reincarnate into an armadillo and begin a thrilling adventure through dangerous locations in order to save the queen of the great eagles. As it turned out, uncountable armies of giant ants have attacked the eagle nests and seized the queen. The armadillo meets a fox who gives him a satchel with magical eggs and says that the magical eggs must be placed into the eagle nests. Our hero has no choice but to fulfill the fox's request and rescue the queen. The task is to climb the mountain, collect gems and other useful objects, attack enemies and avoid their strikes. You should do everything quickly since you are given a time limit to complete each level.
Style and atmosphere inside the game:
Armado is an original game that features colorful 3D graphics, limited sound effects and appropriate cheerful music. All the characters are well rendered as well as mountains and different obstacles. The only complain about graphics is that background landscapes are designed with low details. Controls are simple since movements are limited to two directions but imprecise attack option makes the game quite difficult. All in all, the game is repetitive because levels are very similar one to another; you go along single path up and down, filled with slightly varying combinations of enemies, jumps and jewels.
