Sport game. Major League Baseball 2K9 is one more game which gives you an opportunity to test your skills playing baseball. I can't say that it is the best game in the series, but still you will find lots of exciting features. Most of the features will remind you the previous versions of the game. One of the new features in the game is the new commentary duo in the box. To play the game you have to hold the button and the power circle moves; and than you will press it again when it contracts to its smallest point. There are 3 Game Modes you can choose from: GM Career, Franchise and Season. Each of them follows similar paths, giving you possibility to control different aspects of a club.

The interface has changed, and now you do not experience any difficulties with the game control system. It is easy to navigate it after several minutes of play. The game represents nicely drawn characters and backgrounds. There are not many details in the graphics, but still everything looks quite good. Most of the animations are not smooth. The camera returns to the crowd after each hit. The sound system lacks background music during the gameplay. As for the rest, it is good with varied sound effects.
