Genre and what to do:
Stravaganza is a card game, which is played with 5 decks. The main objective in the game is to have a point total higher than the dealer. Card values are similar to Blackjack game: number cards count at face value, picture cards are worth 10 points, and the Ace is worth 1 point. But here you can't bust, as you usually can do in Blackjack. Of course, the more points you have the better, so the main objective of the game is to have a card sum greater than the dealer. After placing the initial bet, you are dealt two cards, and none of the dealer cards are visible. The further options depend on the sum of these first two cards. So, if the sum of the cards is 5 or less, you have the option to recover your full bet and not play the hand. If the sum of the first two cards is 6-9, you have the option to recover half of your bet and not play the hand. In a case the sum of the first two cards is 10 or more, you must play the hand. You have a choice either to play the hand or raise and take the 3d card. The raise bet should be the size of the initial ante bet. When the dealer has a red ace in the hand, the dealer's hand is an automatic winner. A red ace in the 2d or 3d dealer card wins both the ante bet and raise bet. If it is in the first dealer card it wins only the ante bet. Wins pay 1:1 on both the ante and raise bets. Bets are returned on ties.
