Audio quality is nice. Enjoy the humor and storyline. A great game for the whole family! Pretend to be a doctor and have much fun! You make operations in Dino Hospital if you choose to go to the past time, or deal with aliens in the Space Hospital in the future time. Or just destroy the germs in Microscopic Mission.
