Genre and what to do:
   Puzzle game. As in the previous releases of this game series, you may know that it is based on the captivating story. Everything starts from the Bruno Bolet death. Bruno Bolet was the proud owner of the "Whisperer", a crystal skull rumored to protect its holder from almost any cause of death- except murder. When Bruno passed away, his great nephew Henry came to wrap up his affairs. It is a pity but Henry couldn't find the skull among the clutter of the creepy Bolet manor. Then he asked Nancy.s help. You are playing Nancy and your task is to find this mystical artifact before it falls into the wrong hands!

Style and atmosphere inside the game:
   You are playing Nancy and you need to team up with your best friend Bess Marvin. The game is very organic and satisfying. Several new additions include bicycling and kayaking, WWW access from Nancy.s trusty laptop and more. The puzzles were excellently integrated into the gaming environment. As usual, there are two levels of difficulty, Junior and Senior Detective, and there are plenty of hints and help scattered along the way for both levels, including calling the Hardy Boys for tips and clues. There are many educational elements, such as informative web pages, in the game. Morse code, various types of whales and more that are necessary to solve the mysteries. Graphics are gorgeous (including photo overlays during the biking scenes), character modelling is lifelike, music includes rousing sea chanteys and ominous strings reminiscent of Jaws, and voice acting is above average. Sound effects make you feel like you.re really there and listening to every rustle. Plunge into darkness and navigate your way through the mansion and cemetery by candlelight. Infiltrating a secret society, unlocking crypts, and collecting glass eyeballs can keep you for hours. So you have got a new affair! Be ready!
