Genre and what to do:
Find-hidden objects. Meet a lovely girl, named Polly and help her to investigate the mysterious disappearance of pets in her neighborhood, somehow connected with the new cosmetic factory. Our heroine begins the investigation, exploring different locations and looking for hidden objects - clues. A missing pet will rush across the screen, play hide and seek, or wander around for Polly to rescue. When Polly finds and picks up a hidden object, the missing animal appears. You begin playing with 5 hints per level and as you advance through the game their number increases as well as time limit. Remember that there is penalty for incorrect or random clicking, even when you're trying to catch a fast moving animal. There are mini-games, namely jigsaw puzzles and memory games, that make the game much interesting and many-sided.
Style and atmosphere inside the game:
Polly Pride: Pet Detective is an exciting game that contains plenty of adorable dogs and cats as well as exotic animals like the iguana, monkey, wallaby and many others. There is quite amusing with plenty of hand-drawn illustrations and photo-like scenes. The unique hand-drawn illustrations are one of the game's highlights, and I would like to see the same style applied for the whole game. All in all, Polly Pride: Pet Detective is the worth-playing game, since it combines numerous original twists, the amusing story and captivating game play.
