Genre and what to do:
Pai Gow Poker is a combination of Poker and an ancient Chinese game Pai Gow. The game begins with the players placing their bets. The dealer gives seven cards to each player, and the players in their turn are to arrange 5 cards in one hand and 2 cards in the other one. The hand with 5 cards is the high hand and it has to be of higher value than your low hand with 2 cards. To win, your two hands should be of greater value than the dealer's two hands. You can arrange the cards either by yourself or automatically. If the player wins both hands, the dealer pays out the amount staked by the player. If the dealer wins one hand and the player wins the other, no stakes changes hands. In a case, the dealer wins both hands; the dealer wins the player's stake. Pai Gow Poker has lots of common features with the traditional poker game but at the same time introducing some important unique rules. First of all, the game employs a deck of 53 cards, including a joker, not of 52, as in the original game. Pai Gow Poker gives a possibility to any player to be elected as a banker in turn. The greater the ratio, the better your odds are.
