Puzzle game. Play as Flora Dale, a young lady, who lies in coma in a hospital after an enigmatic accident. In her imagination, Flora visit different locations, trying to piece together all the events preceding the accident to clear up what happened to her and why. Each location challenges you to solve a puzzle that uncover a special item necessary to reveal little bit information about Flora.s past. For example, in one scene you are to find a set of batteries and drag them into a remote control to make it work, then use the remote control to turn on the TV, which displays a message prompting you to read the book on your bedside table, which, when opened, reveals a birthday card that causes Flora to remember that it was someone's birthday recently - an important clue. In addition to regular levels there are 30 various mini-games that need to be accomplished. They are quite familiar to experienced players and include such games as unscrambling pictures, finding the differences between two photos, re-arranging match-sticks into squares, fitting shapes correctly into a stained glass window, Sudoku and more.

Hidden Secrets: The Nightmare is unique mixture of puzzle-solving and point-and-click games that features stunning graphics diverse sound effects and suitable instrumental music. The storyline is surprisingly developed and deep that makes Hidden Secrets: The Nightmare is much interesting. As for sound system, it is well done; suitably creepy music and real voices helps to create unique in-game atmosphere.
