Genre and what to do:
Shooter. Welcome to Neon Wars that offers you to take part in intense space battles throughout seven original game zones. Your task is quite straight-forward: collect stars and eliminate herds of invading enemies. There are primary weapons and special weapons to your disposal that can be upgraded. Be ready to use lasers, shield, beams, spiral, bombs, shockwave and more. When you collect enough stars your armory is upgraded in three ways: power up of lasers, power and weapon that increase your chances for survival in future battles. So take one of seven powerful spacecrafts and go ahead for victory and glory!
Style and atmosphere inside the game:
Neon Wars is an intense arcade shooter that features bright vivid graphics, diverse sound effects and cheerful electro music. As for graphics, it is really bright and contains stunning visual effect, but your spacecraft and enemies look unpretentious or rather schematic. Unfortunately there is no storyline, which might have made the game much interesting. Highlight of the game is variety of weapons, special weapons, types of enemies and game zones. All in all, Neon Wars is one of hundreds shooters with bright wrapper and doubtful content. You can find much interesting game of this genre at terragame.com
