You are to build different structures, such as houses, mines, saw mills, farms, churches, stores, etc. Town's prosperity depends on resources, so you must provide your citizen with food, water, gold and wood. Numerous bandits are lurking around; it means that you need to hire a sheriff and deputies to put everything in order. People from neighborhood ask you for help from time to time; when you help them they teach you new ways of increasing productivity, give useful advices, etc. As you explore map you may find gold, hidden treasures and fruits that is additional support for your town. Do you dare to accept challenge of Wild West and build a prosperous town in such rugged conditions?
Style and atmosphere inside the game:
Westward is a diverse strategy that features high quality graphics, stunning sound effects and manifold game possibilities. Citizens, structures, woods and canyons look great, to my surprise. You begin with tutorial level where you can learn everything about town management. Interface is comprehensive and user-friendly; anyway you get an understanding of it on completion tutorial. The game includes variety of dialogues that makes game play more interesting and variable. All-in-all, Westward worth playing since it has all major features of hardcore strategy and is easy to understand and play. I recommend this game for all players, even if you have never touched any strategy; you surely find a lot of fun here.
