You can choose to play one of two suggested game modes: Career and Casual. Both of them are interesting and fun, each game mode is characterized by certain goals, for example in Career mode your tasks are: construct a certain number of buildings, earn the fixed money for rent; but don⠠t relax, as everything should be done within limited time. The game provides you with several types of buildings, each with different rent rate. With the game⠠s progress you can unlock more expensive real estate. Be ready to move from one city into another, building your real estate business. Each city mayor has his own wishes concerning the construction of buildings, and you should fulfill them.

There are some minor flaws in the game⠠s look though you won⠠t pay attention to them as you⠠ll be fully concentrated on the challenging gameplay. At the same time the game has an easy to use control system and rules. You won⠠t have any difficulty playing it.
