It is very important to train cyclists in all categories: flat, mountain and time-trial. Like in real professional cycling, money is a big deal. The budget of your team depends on cyclist's results. Sponsors re-count team's budget at the end of a year. In addition you are to carry out sponsors' objectives, otherwise they may fire you. Your duties include also signing contracts with sportsmen, conducting negotiations and supporting rider's morale at high level. As you see it is necessary to show all your management's abilities to succeed in Pro Cycling Manager.
