Genre and what to do:
Time management game. Imagine that your parents went on vacation to the Cayman Islands leaving you in charge of the family's Megastore. You have nothing to do but run the store smoothly and profitable. It is quite easy to manage the Megastore: when a customer comes in the store he/she may go directly to the shelves and take the necessary item or may wait until a shop assistant approaches, help to find ah item and direct him/her to the correct shelf. You should also control stock boys, which duty is to replenish shelves with new items and put the scattered goods in their initial places. To collect cash, click the money on the counter and the cashier will ring up the customer. Do not let customers wait too long since they may lose their temper and leave the store, and you will lose money. You are to meet or exceed daily goal to proceed to the next level.
Style and atmosphere inside the game:
Megastore Madness is a captivating twist of time-management games that features colorful graphics, diverse sound effects and cheerful music. Megastore Madness is a fairly easy to learn and contain amusing surprises and power-ups. Unfortunately the levels do not change very much, other then involving more customers, shelves, shop assistants and new decorations, like different floors, shelves, plants, etc. Customers always buy the same items; for example, ladies buy lamps and little girls buy teddy bears. As for upgrades, they are given automatically, and lack originality. Regardless the above mentioned drawbacks, Megastore Madness is interesting game with well polished design, so if you like this genre you may try the game at least.
