Tip 1Registration pages support IE4 and higher, and Netscape4 and higher. We kindly ask players to use these browsers.

Tip 2 Your browser should allow Cookies. If you can't login, using your correct account, it most probably means, that security and privacy settings in IE are conflicting. In this case, you should reset the security and privacy settings to the recommended default values. For IE, you should go to Tools / Internet Options/ Security and set default level, and to Tools / Internet Options/ Privacy and also set default level.

Tip 3If you have problems downloading games and you use any download accelerator (FlashGet, GetRight, ReGet an so on) - you may try to turn them OFF temporary before download.

Q1. I paid for full game, but it still says it's demo
A1. You have to uninstall demo version first, then install full game, following certain steps. Please select your game from the list below to learn the required instructions
(Live Billiards 2, SeaWar 2, Other Terra Games)

a) Live Billiards 2 - full version installation

  1. Uninstall demo version.
  2. Go to www.terragame.com/lb2login.shtml and login to your member area using email/nickname and password.
  3. When you enter Member Area, see your stats and make sure that you have Silver membership to access full game version.
  4. Press Install button and follow online instructions to begin installation.
  5. Start the game and click on registration.
  6. Type your email and password.
b) SeaWar 2 - full version installation
  1. Uninstall demo version.
  2. Go to www.terragame.com/sw2login.shtml and enter download area using your email and password.
  3. Download full game version. If you have already downloaded it recently, skip this step.
  4. Run setup and install full version.
  5. Start the game and click on registration.
  6. Type your email and password.

c) Other Terra games - full version installation

  1. Uninstall demo version.
  2. Go to login URL supplied in registration letter and enter download area using your email and password
  3. Download full game version. If you have already downloaded it recently, skip this step.
  4. Run setup and install full version.
  5. Start the game and click on registration.
  6. Type your email and password.

Q2. I can't log into my member area, regardless of using correct login/password
A2. Your browser settings are conflicting or damaged, a firewall software may also impede you to login. See Tip2 or click here to read our recommendations.

Q3. I have lost my password and registration letter. How can I get it again?
A3. Email to and specify your game. Our support managers will check your data and send password and registration info again.

Q4. I have problems with game screen or program crashes, what shall I do?
A4. The reason may be in the wrong configuration of DirectX files or video drivers on your computer. In order to give you competent advice we need to know your system configuration. Please run standard Microsoft's DXDIAG program and send the results to us. Follow the next steps:

  1. Go to Start Menu / Run
  2. Write DXDIAG.EXE and press Enter
  3. When the program starts press "SaveAll" button, then save result into a file.
  4. Send this file to , as an attachment, and specify your game and problems.

Q5. I didn't receive the password for my game since 2 days. What to do?
A5. We send registration email to you immediately upon purchase is completed and verified. However, email could be blocked on the way to you by imtermediate internet providers with badly configured email filters. A good solution is to send us request for password from another email address. In such case don't forget to provide those email specified during your registration.

Q6. Can I purchase this game on CD?
A6. Currently we deliver downloadable games only. What is the reason for that? You can download and install a game in about few minutes or so.

Q7. During in-game registration, the message "fail to register, wrong data" pops up.
A7. Make sure that you entered correct email and password, taken from registration email. You may copy and paste them instead of typing manually. Remember all symbols are case sensitive.

Q8. During in-game registration it tells me I need to be connected to the internet. I do connected, thus can't register yet.
A8. There are known cases when Windows firewall and some antivirus programs (like AVP7) prevent online registration to be completed. We recommend you temporarily disable these programs and let registration complete, then re-enable them again. Another way is to send us request for manual registration. Email us to get this info.
